Sourcing, cooking, and importing what we like to eat, this culinary story of quality food has transcended for generations in our family, starting in 1870, when Paolo Berio founded "Fratelli Berio" in Imperia Oneglia, Liguria, later becoming renowned as a pioneer in the olive oil industry.

Italian Bottega carries on our family’s culinary traditions, that our predecessors unknowingly developed over five generations, when food was genuine and simple. The importance of base ingredients is at the heart of these traditions. Our products bring these traditions from our table to yours, from our family to yours.
